Yoga for the Core Body
I used to think of core as a bad four-letter word. But now I know better!

As I have learned more about how our bodies function, I have realized that a structurally balanced core is fundamental to being comfortable. If you can sort up your core, lots of other body parts will fall into place. And it's not just on a physical level; a balanced core can positively affect your nervous system. You'll find that with a balanced core, there's a certain psychological stability and sense of strength and resilience that comes with that.

We need structural balance in our body to be able to do the things we want to do. We need to brace ourselves to carry in groceries and put them away on our shelves. We need to be able to get down on the floor to play with grandchildren or pets, and get back up. Maybe we want to golf, play pickleball or lift weights! A balanced core helps with all those things and more!

My four-week course, "Yoga for the Core Body" can help you find a good relationship with your core, without ever doing any crunches. The work we do on our yoga mats will help prepare you to enjoy everyday activities off the mat.
